Yoga Therapy utilizes poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and guided imagery to benefit and improve overall health. Effective for managing anxiety, depression and pain. Useful for tapping into a deeper source of creativity or as a tool for exploring self limiting beliefs. The holistic focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
This one hour session includes a preliminary conversation, co-meditation, and debrief/inquiry following the session. Your body will be in a relaxed and supported position as you journey through sensations, emotions, and cognitions as they arise and unfold. Through this guided process we meet without agenda inviting everything in. Co-meditation can help you work through life situations so you can be in alignment with your highest truth.
