Service Description

This unique 90 minute workshop combines relaxing restorative yoga poses infused with soothing Reiki energy medicine. Each yin posture will be held for 2-3 minutes in which Reiki treatment will be individually offered through the use of hand positions. The powerful curation of gentle movement and Reiki healing encourages the flow of life energy (chi) in the body, rebalances the chakras, and boosts the body’s natural healing processes. In addition, receive an individualized card reading at the end of class (optional). Prepare to leave your session feeling relaxed, refreshed and centered.
