What are angel numbers? Angel numbers are numbers that appear constantly that carry a spiritual message. Often times they show up as repeating digits, such as 111, 222, 333…These numbers are a way that our spirit guides communicate with us. They often show up at times when you need comfort or direction in life. Or may be a message confirming that you are on the right path. Numbers shift depending on circumstances and what is needing to be communicated. As you move throughout your day you may see these numbers on a clock, license plate, receipt or an address. Angel numbers can be a gateway to the spiritual world as they can bridge the gap between the physical and metaphysical world. Our guides like to get our attention in a way that we can recognize that is logical, numerical and palpable. The more you work with them the more you get, the more you learn the more they communicate! Come join me for Angel Numbers Reiki Restorative Yoga. In this workshop you will learn more about angel numbers, discover and decode your own personal angel numbers, and integrate that message into your restorative practice at the end of the evening. Each person will get a few minutes of reiki to help with clarity and integration as you come into alignment with your spirit message.
