The powerful curation of movement, gentle poses and Reiki encourages the flow of life energy (chi) in the body, rebalances the chakras, and boosts the body’s natural healing processes. Prepare to leave your session feeling energized, calm and centered. Class is held in the Blue Building in Room #1 at Phinney Neighborhood Center: 6532 Phinney Ave N, Seattle WA 98103. Free parking in the adjacent lots between the PNA Brick Building & Blue Building.

The powerful curation of movement, gentle poses and Reiki encourages the flow of life energy (chi) in the body, rebalances the chakras, and boosts the body’s natural healing processes. Prepare to leave your session feeling energized, calm and centered. Class is held in Room #208 of the Frances Anderson Center.

Outdoor Reiki Yoga Class at Green Lake (Summer Only)

Every Mon, Wed & Fri @9:30am

Join me in the great outdoors for Vinyasa Based Reiki Yoga in the park! This is an all levels 60 minute class. Suitable for beginners and those brand new to yoga. Please meet me in the field between the Seattle Public Theater building and West Greenlake Drive N. at Greenlake Park. High Vibes: Energy Work & Yoga Clinic

April 1: 10am-12pm

Phinney Neighborhood Center in Seattle

This interactive workshop is aimed at anyone wanting to learn more about vibrational energy and it’s impact on physical and mental health. You will be incorporating exercises to shift your bodies energy to a higher, happier state, gain an understanding of the science behind vibrational energy and discover ways in which empaths are highly sensitive to the energy of their environment. 

 

In this workshop we will incorporate and explore ways to raise our vibration through the following modalities: Vinyasa yoga, Qigong body tapping, Nadi shodhana breathing, Self Reiki , Gratitude/manifestation meditation and sound & movement therapies. While this workshop is informative, it’s also lively, fun and informal. Wear comfortable clothing or yoga clothes. Bring a yoga mat and water to hydrate. (Extra mats available for use.)
